Joyce Gincley is a native of Chester County. She owns and operates Happy Tails Petsitting Services, Inc., and services the Chester County area with pet sitting needs. She has owned pets all her life, and currently lives with 2 dogs and 6 cats. Joyce is a member of National Association of Professional Pet Sitters, and is certified with NAPPS for pet care. She is always looking at ways to help those that can't speak for themselves, along with aiding her clients with their pet issues and questions, by providing them information on health, nutrition and care for their pets.
